I thoroughly recommend ACA Mortgage Solutions, with their help I bought a one bedroom apartment and study with carpark off the plan last year. I had just 10% deposit, stamp duty and home lenders insurance free, the developer paid 30K on hand over. I didn't think I could buy my own place but Canna convinced me to save for the deposit and take the jump, Im grateful for ACAs help.
